The story
begins in a distant galaxy in a time long since
forgotten, where a crumbling Rebel Alliance is
struggling against the indomitable might of an
oppressive and evil Empire. All seems lost until a
mysterious accident happens, one which will change the
course of galactic history forever. |
Tossed into
a situation more perilous than any of them yet realize,
the untested crew of the experimental USS FELIX
is faced with a mystery of massive proportions. But even
as they begin to investigate, another weighty enigma
rears her head on planet Bajor lightyears away. |
The mystery
deepens and suspicions raise as both sides struggle to
comprehend what has happened. On Bajor, it soon becomes
clear that the recent strange events may have been more
than simply random. |
The Imperial
behemoth suddenly surges to life, sending the crew of
the FELIX scrambling in alarm. The inexperienced
Captain Xavier soon finds
himself faced with a dilemma of duty: whether to follow the
prescriptions StarFleet protocol or to trust his own judgment. |
The security
chief of the FELIX returns from Bajor, bringing
with him an unusual young prisoner. Accompanying her is
a strange weapon from long ago and far away, as well as
some strange powers that the StarFleet officers will be
hard-pressed to explain. |
Despite the
warnings of a foreboding dream, the captain of the
FELIX approves a dangerous and unorthodox away
mission, but with one key addition to the manifest:
himself. |
With the
systems of his battlestation back online, the Imperial
commander considers the presence of the strange alien
vessel. Despite the advice of his executive officer, he
does not attack the peculiar star cruiser, unwittingly
giving the strangers aboard it an opportunity to
secretly teleport aboard. |
Questioned
by the ship's counselor, the strange young prisoner from
Bajor explains some details of her origins, but
inevitably causes even deeper mysteries to arise. But
through the sad tales of the frightened and defensive
young girl, Counselor Denver is given a first glance
into a galaxy far different than her own. |
Momentarily
returned to familiar surroundings and reunited with
their beleaguered comrades, the Imperials try to piece
together the significance of recent events. Though armed
with an alien intruder in their custody and the
sightings of a bizarre-looking star cruiser, the truth
of what has happened remains elusive. |
Suspicions
rise as both sides summon reinforcements to the area.
Star Destroyers, like daggers, are brought to bear to
defend the Imperials, as the Federation assembles a
defensive task force to do the same. |
Suspicions
lead to fear, fear leads assumptions, and assumptions
lead to conflict. As the Federation mounts a mission to
rescue their missing captain, a bloody skirmish breaks
out between the two fleets. Though cooler heads prevail,
the fighting is not brought to an end until lives are
lost. |
The perils
and challenges of mounting an away mission become
painfully clear as a group of dispatched StarFleet
officers scramble to find and recover their lost
captain. |
From his
palace, on the very grounds where the Jedi Temple once
stood, the wise and evil Emperor rules from what once
was the seat of the Old Republic--Coruscant. His loyal
Intelligence Director tells of the recent strange
occurrences, so that the clever Imperial ruler can
instruct her as how to proceed. |
Dispatched
to investigate the situation, a shadowy agent of the
Emperor arrives. Some distance away, Sonchu and the
Amazons learn the amazing story of General Kithain and
the accident at Sullust Base. |
The arrival
of the Emperor's agent has strange and disturbing
effects on the young visitor from Bajor, but through the
kindness of the FELIX's counselor, Dr. Elizabeth
Denver, the young stow away is given the chance to start
a new life. |
Either by
chance or destiny, the carbon-frozen Captain Xavier
falls deeper and deeper into the recesses of a strange
and alien galaxy, only to fall into the hands of a
potential friend. Through a daring escape from Yag'Dhul
Station, Xavier's shuttle gets an unexpected change of
destination. |
Tasked with
extracting information from the Federation captives,
Dark Korriban tortures the remaining members of the away
team. Though force of will and StarFleet training is
enough to keep the senior officers from betraying the
details of their mission, will the same apply for all
the captives? |
The grinding
wheel of negotiation is set in motion, and the two sides
finally meet at the table of diplomacy rather than the
field of battle. But it is no easy discussion, as the
pain of lost lives and suspicion of ulterior motives
remains very much alive. |
Awakened
from his carbon-frozen slumber, the captain of the FELIX
discovers an unfamiliar friend. With the negotiations
ended for the moment, the Imperial forces turn their
attention to another pressing problem: an impromptu
assault carried out by the remnants of the Rebel
Alliance and their newfound allies, the Yuufusions. |
Their hands
tied by the Prime Directive, distant Federation forces
watch silently as the Imperial forces violently clash
with the rebels and their allies. But faced with the
might of the local Imperial war machine, there is a
great chance that history may repeat itself in a
massacre like that which happened at Endor. |
Though the
mission is accomplished, the assault ends in disgrace
and betrayal, as the realities of war prove to reveal
the true nature of those responsible for it. With the
Rebels driven away, the Imperials begin to execute those
left behind, prompting those in the distant Federation
fleet to consider whether the principles of the Prime
Directive are worth the sacrifice of defenseless people. |
The Emperor
fears that the bold attack of the Rebels with the help
of the Amazons may signal a new campaign of treachery by
the Alliance against the Empire. With his command ship
crippled in the attack, Sher Khal'Saad is ordered to
Kuat to take command of a new ship, and crush the
Rebellion once again. |
Commander
Weiss faces the responsibility of his insubordinate
actions, even as Dr. Pierce deals with the results of
them in the ship's sickbay. Empress Vortex's actions
challenge the very links that hold the Amazon/Rebel
alliance together--will her distaste for bloodshed mean
the end of the New Rebellion? |
Fueled by
jealousy and ignorance about Korriban's intentions
toward the captured Lanna Tigris, Jadeite has a little
heart-to-heart with the FELIX's MIA Chief
Technical Engineer. Will her jealous devotion to
Korriban spell doom for her? |
Empress
Violet Vortex travels to a planet called Daktia for
advice from the only father-figure she's ever known,
while Governor Tarkin and the Federation officers deal
with the consequences of Lanna Tigris' daring escape
from the DEATH STAR. |
Tasked with
the mission to run down and destroy the resurgent Rebel
movement, Sher Khal'Saad travels to Kuat Drive Yards to
be presented with his new flagship, while the Rebel
fleet masses at Daktia and tensions grow between the
loosely allied factions. |
Tensions,
changes, and scandal rock the plotline in a pithy turn
of events. The divisions between the Rebel factions is
laid bare, accented by the woeful hand of violence--even
as a broken StarFleet officer struggles for his life an
entire universe away. |
Ripples and
repercussions of the disaster of the last chapter
interrupt what would have otherwise been a peaceful
night. But as it turns out, it's not only Sonchu's
Rebels who are involved in dark dealings in the twilight
hours. |
Empress
Vortex meets one of the Green Berets, and learns first
hand of the consequences of her decisions. On the FELIX,
Perdia Detami sets out in search of her lightsaber and
ends up on an unexpected minor adventure. |
Marc Xavier
gets a little better acquainted with the wildlife on
Daktia and the mysteries of the Force while Admiral
Khal'Saad of the Imperial Navy makes his first
significant captures in his relentless pursuit of the
Rebels. |
The happy
re-awakening of Commander Deano Fuhrer is mired by news
of Jamarr Moore's cowardice. An ironic twist of fate
sets Admiral Rumsfield interrogating one of his own
former officers for a crime he considers
unthinkable--even as he quietly considers a much graver
crime of his own. |
Sher
Khal'Saad continues his pursuit of the Rebel agents and
the Amazons who assisted their attack on the Death Star,
as Marc Xavier is given a few introductory lessons in
the Force. Admiral Rumsfield makes a secret meeting with
Governor Tarkin, hatching a plan that could ultimately
mean the demise of the surviving Green Berets. |
Despite his
best efforts, Admiral Rumsfield's plans are already
proving to be less-than-foolproof. Will his treachery be
revealed? Meanwhile, Sher Khal'Saad and agents of
Imperial Intelligence have come upon a potential
goldmine of information: Germani Walker, a young bit of
'freight scum' who claims to have had extensive dealings
with the Amazons. It seems perhaps that time is running
out for the Rebels hiding in orbit of Daktia, as well as
Captain Marc Xavier and the Jedi Zannah Lyles on the
planet below. |
The arrival
of a mysterious Imperial probe droid in a bog near Kadan
City on Daktia alerts our heroes that danger is afoot,
and it's getting closer by the hour. Onboard the
FELIX, a new day begins and the crew sets about
their normal duties as questions arise about a glitch in
the ship's sensor system, and suspicions rise about the
possible cause and reason behind them. |
The forces
of the Galactic Empire finally track their rebel quarry
to the far reaches of the Unknown Regions, to the
distant and unknown world of Daktia. With cruel
calculation and expertise, Fleet Admiral Sher Khal'Saad
lays the plans for the rebel's destruction as the
insurgent fleet readies for battle. Will Captain Xavier
and his Jedi companion survive the imminent assault?
Only time will tell... |
As the
battle begins over Daktia between the navies of the
Galactic Empire and the Amazons, the clock runs out for
our heroes. Zannah Lyles and Captain Xavier are forced
to flee the planet with an unexpected gift while their mentor, Sovereign Kain,
faces off against Fleet Admiral Sher Khal'Saad in a
battle to the death. |
As the Rebel
and Amazon fleets learn of the situation on Daktia,
Zannah Lyles and Captain Marc Xavier take their first
steps toward the Federation. On the FELIX,
Admiral Rumsfield's plans begin to crumble with the
revelations of a certain Jedi padawan, while the Bajoran
students Edam and Aeretha begin taking measures to track
down the mysterious Bird of their prophesy. |
Admiral Rumsfield's troubles come to a head as the crew of the FELIX uncover his duplicity. In a daring move, Admiral Khal'Saad
captures and imprisons Empress Vortex, presenting her
with a tempting offer of truce. Meanwhile, Grand Moggy
Tarkin prepares to rendezvous with a Federation battlegroup headed to Earth, unaware that Zannah Lyles and Captain Marc Xavier are struggling to reach the same destination. |
As the Amazons prepare a daring rescue for their captive empress, Admiral James Rumsfield is confronted with the evidence against him. Dr. Denver receives a welcome surprise on board the FELIX upon its arrival at Earth, while on Coruscant the Emperor prepares surprises of his own for Admiral Khal'Saad and Darth Korriban... |
The conflict comes to a startling end with the intervention of an assassin at the chambers of the President of the United Federation of Planets. The fate of the universe now rests on the combined efforts of Captain Marc Xavier, Commander Deano Fuhrer, Lt. Lanna Tigris, Zannah Lyles, and Perdia Detami... |
