1. Agreement to Terms.

By using this Website, you signify that you agree to abide by the stated Terms of Use. When using particular services available on or related to THE FURRY CONFLICT, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services that may include additional terms and conditions which you should read carefully before making any use of that area or service. Any use or modification whatsoever of any of the materials on this site without prior permission of The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT and the original creator of the specific piece of material is strictly prohibited and a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights. THE FURRY CONFLICT is a parody and creative critique of STAR TREK™ and STAR WARS™ protected under the "Fair Use" rule of copyright law, which allows The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT and the participants in THE FURRY CONFLICT to make limited use of portions of the STAR TREK™ and STAR WARS™ universes without violating copyright owner's exclusive rights.

    4. Submissions.

    The policy of THE FURRY CONFLICT openly welcomes comments and input and allows it to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials, including, but not limited to, those it has specifically requested. Accordingly, we request that visitors to this site submit or send any original creative materials, including, but not limited to, submissions of scripts, plot suggestions, set or costume designs, reviews, storylines, fan fiction, characters, drawings, information, ideas or concepts. If at our request you send certain specific submissions (e.g., postings to chats, surveys, message boards, contests, character auditions, or similar items) or you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information, it shall be reviewed for possible inclusion in THE FURRY CONFLICT. Unless otherwise negotiated, in submitting material to THE FURRY CONFLICT, excluding character auditions, the sender automatically grants, or warrants that the owner of such material expressly grants The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT the royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such material (in whole or in part) throughout the universe and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed, for the full term of any copyright, trademark or patent that may exist in such material for any purpose that The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT chooses, whether internal, public, commercial, or otherwise, without any compensation, credit or notice to the sender whatsoever. The sender further waives the right to make any claims against any participant in THE FURRY CONFLICT relating to unsolicited submissions, including, but not limited to, unfair competition, trademark, moral rights, or implied contract and/or breach of confidentiality. As character auditions are concerned, all characters accepted into THE FURRY CONFLICT, including their distinctive likenesses remain © to their original creators. The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT retains limited usage and rights to all characters involved in THE FURRY CONFLICT, including, but not limited to usage and inclusion in current, and subsequent revisions of THE FURRY CONFLICT storyline, inclusion in current and possible subsequent versions of the audio drama, and the right to create or request the creation of art or fan fiction depicting or including said characters so long as it is related to THE FURRY CONFLICT. Characters auditioned and accepted to THE FURRY CONFLICT in no way, either implied or stated, waive full royalty or liability rights to The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT.

    5. Use of Site Communications.

    Harassment in any manner or form on THE FURRY CONFLICT, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonations of others, including any member of THE FURRY CONFLICT as well as other members or visitors on the Website is prohibited.     You agree that The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT, in his sole discretion, may terminate any account or membership (or any part thereof) you may have with THE FURRY CONFLICT or use of the Website and remove and discard all or any part of your account or membership or any Submissions, for any reason whatsoever in The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT's sole discretion. The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT may also in his sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing this site, or any part thereof or related to, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the site or any account or membership you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that The Creator of THE FURRY CONFLICT or any participant in THE FURRY CONFLICT shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination.
