Galactopedia:Introduction

The TFC Galactopedia is a reference source for TFC canon and Expanded Universe materials. It is intended primarily to be a repository of character biographies, technological information, and information about various cultures and planets that can be easily updated by members of TFC's cast and crew to reflect things that take place in the TFC storyline.

Though most public encyclopedias such as the Wikipedia permit all users to edit and contribute information, we have a long-established method of communication in the TFC community forums. Rather than allow all users to potentially edit the canon of TFC, the Galactopedia admins have instead elected to continue using information contributed by users on the forums without permitting them to edit the vast majority of the Galactopedia.

All users are welcome to use the discussion tabs on any given article in order to ask questions about a specific article, but we do reccomend using the TFC Question & Answer forum instead of the Galactopedia. Requests for specific articles and pictures or requests for the expansion of currently existing articles should be directed to the TFC Galactopedia forum, which we use in lieu of a reference desk.

We hope you will enjoy the Galactopedia and be able to use it to expand your knowledge of TFC.
