Background:

Deano (Dean for short) was born on Space Station Deep Space 6, one of the more sparsely populated space stations under the command of the Federation. Dean's father, a distinguished Starfleet officer was promoted to captain of the prototype starship USS JAMES KIRK only 2 weeks after Dean's birth. He was soon left only with his mother Ariana and older sister Carlene. The space station itself had only 136 people living there, less then half of the station's full occupancy level. Some of the residents were outcasts who used the base as shelter from opposing races and bounty hunters. While living on the station, Deano spent most of his spare time alone, staring out the windows into deep space. His mother was fluent in many Terran languages and gave him his middle name "Sora", Japanese for "sky."

Years passed and his sister became a medical officer aboard the space station and Dean subsequently enrolled in Starfleet Academy. He showed high potential on all his exams and soon passed near the head of his class. He afterwards spent time serving as security officer on his home space station and received the Starfleet Command Decoration for Gallantry for fighting against a small Klingon raid against Deep Space 6. Four months afterwards, Romulans unleashed a two-front attack on the station and Dean was shot when the station was boarded. He received second-degree burns to his leg and chest. Starfleet rewarded him with a Medal of Honor for his valor and a promotion to Commander of Starship Security aboard the USS FELIX. To this day his health status is at full potential as if the attack against him had never occurred.

Physical Description:

Deano Fuhrer is a North American grey fox in his mid-twenties. He stands at five feet, ten inches and his body fur is a silver grey coat void of any spots or patches of coloration. His hair is the same silvery shade as his body but the tips are dyed blue from when he was in the Junior Security Squadren aptly named "the Blue Angels." But Deano's most unique feature though has to be his eye coloration, the left a cool emerald green and the right a deep crimson. As far as his physical shape goes he is rather slim and slightly muscular in build.
