Canon Information
From TFC Galactopedia
This list was written for the purpose of determining which Star Trek and Star Wars sources were appropriate for technological debate. It does not necessarily represent sources that are considered to be official in terms of the TFC Storyline. Users should also reference the list of Major Changes from Official Canon and Continuity.
The following represents TFC's Official Canon Heirarchy for Star Trek and Star Wars. Notice that these lists differ somewhat from the "official" Lucasfilm and Paramount canon policies: this is intentional and is neither a mistake nor an oversight on our part. For all intents and purposes, the following list is TFC's final word on the subject of what is admissible material here and what is not. If you are aware of a potential source which has been omitted from this list (and is not covered by broader categories such as "The Essential Guides" or "Voyager season 1-3") please notify a TFC administrator so that the omission can be considered and inserted in the appropriate place.

EPISODE III: REVENGE OF THE SITH
- Because of the unique changes to TFC's canon and particularly to its Galactic Empire, almost everything from Episode III is considered non-canon in terms of the story. However, some if not all of the technological aspects of Episode III may be accurate; its official status in TFC's technological canon heirarchy and storyline canon heirarchy has never been fully determined.
