Borg

The Borg are a "race" that relies on the use of highly advanced Nanites to assimilate other species into its own. The Borg are controlled by a Hive Mind which is directed by a Queen. Most of the Borg are "Drones" - persons assimilated into the collective hive mind and augmented with Cybernetic enhancements. The Borg seek perfection and believe it can be obtained by assimilating other species distinctive aspects and advantages into their own.
