Beta Quadrant

The Beta Quadrant is the common designation for one-quarter of the Milky Way Galaxy. Its boundary in the region around the Federation is defined by a meridian passing through the galactic core and the Sol System, and continuing spinward around the galactic core.

Interstellar politics in the Beta Quadrant are generally dominated by the United Federation of Planets, the Romulan Star Empire, and the Klingon Empire.

• Powers in the Beta Quadrant are often referred to being as part of the "Alpha Quadrant".

• It's possible that Ledosian and Nygean space are located in the Beta Quadrant, close to the Delta Quadrant Border.
