Since no Humans exist in TFC, the term "Anthroid" is used in place of "Humanoid". Most species encountered in TFC are "Anthroid" in nature.

Characteristics of Anthroid Species:

• Intelligent
• Bipedal
• Bilaterally symmetrical
• Upright posture
• Share a basic body structure as follows
  • One head which contains the brain
  • Two Arms
  • Two Legs
  • Hands
  • Feet
  • One thorax
